We stayed at The Lodge Chester for a couple of days and had a fantastic experience. The location was peaceful and the lodge itself was beautifully designed and well-equipped. Lisa, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful, even offering us spare cufflinks! Parking was easy and it was a pleasant 20-minute walk into Chester. We loved all the thoughtful touches throughout our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, only a short walk to the city center. The outdoor seating area was lovely and perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The facilities were excellent, with a coffee machine, toaster, and bathrobes provided. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of prosecco waiting for us upon arrival. The price was also very reasonable compared to other local hotels. The fact that parking was free was a definite bonus.

If I had to be picky, the only thing missing was a small dressing table in the bedroom. It would have been useful to have a designated space to keep all my hair and makeup essentials organized.

The well-appointed and tastefully decorated rooms ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay. Guests can enjoy the lovely garden views and unwind in the outdoor seating area. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. Guests can also appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and great shower.

The only minor downside is the lack of a dressing table in the bedroom for storing personal items.

The location was great, just a 15-minute walk to the city walls. The facilities were excellent, with a coffee machine, toaster, and even bath robes provided. Lisa, the host, went above and beyond by welcoming me with a bottle of prosecco. Compared to other hotels in the area, this place offered excellent value for money, with free parking included. Highly recommended!

The host had thought of everything, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Chester.

Although the apartment was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The outside space only received sunlight for a short period of the day, and there was some noise from the main road when sitting outside.

Quiet location, self-sufficient accommodation, prompt and polite host, nice touches throughout, convenient parking.
